Refund policy
If you have just received your order and it doesn't fit you have 14 days from the date of invoice to return any unopened or unworn full price or sale items to us, for a full refund, exchange or credit note (excluding p&p costs). All items must be unwashed, unworn, in their original condition with all tags & wrapping intact. Please be careful not to get perfume, make-up or deodorant on items that you are returning. Footwear will only be accepted if returned in its original unmarked state in an undamaged box.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:
- Logging into your account here and submitting a return request, or
- Emailing us at info@ribbonrouge.ie
Once we receive your notification, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened
Once the item has been received and processed, we will refund to the original payment method only.
